Simone Biles
Simone Biles was an American gymnast born on the 14th of March 1997 in Ohio, Columbus. Biles is believed to be one of the greatest athletes. At the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals in the same Games and she was the first gymnast to earn three consecutive World All-around championships (2013-15). Biles grew up in Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after she and her younger sister Adria had been adopted by grandparents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone's fascination with gymnastics started when she was just six years old when she took a trip with her day-care group to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained under Aimee Borman's coaching until 2011. Biles earned a silver in vaulting in the year 2010 as well as a bronze medal at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Biles then advanced to competitions at the elite level in 2011. Biles was a dominant athlete less than two year later. The thing that set Biles apart was her consistency her exuberant personality and the high degree of effort she put into her routines in every event - vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercises.
