Hilary Duff celebrates her birthday on September 28, 1987. Houston Texas was her birthplace. Her fame quickly grew and quickly became among the top and most well-known and beloved actresses of our times. She was the second child of Susan Duff and Robert Erhard Duff as well as her younger sister Haylie Duff.
